NOTE: Advance registration is required for everyone attending the In-Person Classes. NO WALK-INS. |
| Re-Certifying Club Members must use the Member Registration Form to register. |
| There is no fee for Re-Certifying Club Members |
| Members only need to select a Basic RO Date and to enter their Contact Data. |

| MEMBER REGISTRATION FORM |
| Non-Members must use the Non-Member Registration Form to register. |
| There is a $10.00 Non-Refundable Fee for Non-Members. |
| This Form consists of 4 Pages: |
| (1) Select a Basic RO Date and Enter Participant Information. |
| (2) Review Order. |
| (3) Enter Billing Information.
Note that your receipt will be sent to the Billing Email Address. |
| (4) Order Confirmation. Be sure to print the Confirmation or save it as a file. |
